¶ HR Space
HR Space is the Human Resource workspace in UtopiaSystem. It is used by HR teams to manage employee records, approvals, attendance, leave, announcements, recruitment, performance-related reviews, and HR operational workflows.
Unlike Personal Space, which is mainly for employee self-service, HR Space is designed for HR users and authorized staff who manage employee-facing processes.
¶ Purpose
HR Space gives HR teams a controlled workspace for employee operations, hiring, access-aware HR tools, and workforce follow-up.
Review leave, overtime, benefits, and advanced salary workflows.
Monitor attendance, HR calendars, birthdays, and shared workforce visibility.
Handle job postings, candidate tracking, hiring records, and recruitment pipelines.
Review feedback, incident reports, performance analytics, and related details.
Users only see the HR divisions and tools they are allowed to open.
¶ HR Launcher
When a user opens HR Space, the HR workspace launcher shows the HR divisions available to that user.
¶ Access Control
HR Space uses permission-based access so app visibility and internal HR workspace access can be managed separately.

HR Recruiter is focused on recruitment and hiring workflows for users who manage candidates, job applications, and hiring pipelines.

Create and manage hiring-related records, recruitment entries, and candidate setup workflows.
¶ Candidate Tracker
Monitor candidates through the hiring process, including status, details, offer visibility, documents, and record updates.

HR Generalist is the main operational HR workspace for employee administration, approvals, leave, attendance, announcements, organization records, and HR operational tasks.
¶ Generalist Dashboard
The HR Generalist dashboard is the landing page for HR Generalist users. It provides a starting point for HR operations and links to the main HR management areas.
¶ Shared HR Tools
HR Calendar, Birthday Dashboard, Contacts, History, and Petty Cash records support daily HR visibility and employee follow-up.
¶ Approvals
Review employee benefit claims, claim details, HR actions, and claim status.
Review leave acknowledgement lists, leave details, request verification, and leave status.
Review overtime submissions, detail views, summary records, and HR verification actions.
Review employee salary advance requests that require HR approval.
¶ Employee and Organization Management
View employee records, employee detail pages, new user approval details, and profile information.
Review newly registered users and approve or update employee information before activation.
Access the employee directory and view employee contact or profile information.
Manage company records and company information used by HR.
Review and manage departments, teams, reporting structure, and organization records.
¶ Leave, Attendance, Announcements and Records
Leave Allocation configures employee entitlements and balances. Leave Summary reviews balances, usage trends, and summary information.
Live Attendance, fullscreen views, punch state admin, live attendance mode, and Non-Exec Attendance support employee attendance monitoring.
Upload, edit, draft, and manage HR announcements and published announcement records.
Review HR history, record details, petty cash lists, new petty cash records, and petty cash detail views.

HR Performance is focused on employee feedback, incident reporting, and performance-related analytics. It is separate from HR Generalist so performance users can access only the tools they need.
