Revamped the leave application flow with gender-specific leave types and improved history display. Fixed leave allocation limits and validation, preventing negative entitlements. Introduced leave cascading and a new calendar for leave monitoring.
The HR Generalist space now provides improved visibility for Managers and Reporting Lines, and includes new badges to track pending approvals more easily.
HR Generalists can now control the visibility of payslip and commission slip tabs for individual users. Team leaders can also be granted access to view their team members' payslips.
The employee list in HRMS now includes a pending badge, a 'Last Updated' column, and improved status grouping. A new 'Contract End Date' field has been added to employee profiles, and geofence mode is now supported. Live Attendance and Punch State Admin features have been removed.
Employees can now upload profile pictures and utilize a searchable company dropdown for easier selection. We've also resolved issues that prevented HR-app users from saving employee information and fixed a trigger that was blocking profile edits.
The HR petty cash system has been updated to track balances per employee, providing a clearer overview of individual petty cash usage.
The HR Generalist module has received several updates, including a new feature for HR leave acknowledgement, improvements to overtime application and treatment processes, and general enhancements to the HR Approval V2, Leave Allocation V2, and Petty Cash V2 pages.
