User guide for creating supplier payment requests in Account Space.
Use Supplier Payment Request to submit a new payment request for a supplier. The request can include supplier details, invoices, payment types, and supporting information.
Open Supplier Payment Request.
Select or enter supplier information.
Add invoice, payment, and supporting details.
Submit the request.
If the supplier payment request is more than 10,000, director approval may be required.
When director approval is required, the request must wait for the director to approve before it can continue.
The request continues through the required approval and verification flow.
If approved, it moves toward supplier payment verification, manager approval, or AP processing depending on the workflow.
If the supplier setup is incomplete, Accounts can complete the details from Supplier List.
