Use OE Space to access three main operations efficiency features from one place: KPI monitoring, unassigned job triage, and attendance reporting.
The current OE Space flow is simple: start from the OE landing page, then open the feature you need for dashboard review, live job action, or attendance records.
¶ What OE Space Covers
The landing page is meant to route users into the right OE workflow instead of keeping everything in one long mixed screen.
Use this to monitor live operational health, action-required tiles, and shift pulse.
Use this to triage jobs that still do not have technician or driver assignment.
Use this to review attendance rows, sync timing, export actions, and workforce record details.
¶ OE KPI Summary Dashboard
This feature is used to scan operational risk quickly before opening the matching module for action.
Red action tiles show where OE needs to respond first.
Users can confirm the board is live and narrow the view by business unit.
The dashboard shows whether the shift is on pace and where the pipeline is stuck.
Staffing and active team tiles help OE judge field readiness at a glance.
¶ Unassigned Job Tracker
This feature is where OE handles the actual queue after spotting assignment issues from the KPI dashboard.
Jobs are grouped by company with an unassigned count for each section.
Users can filter by business unit, branch, tier, and card view before working the queue.
Each card shows job code, created time, service type, branch, and creator for quick follow-up.
¶ Operations Attendance Record
This feature stays as the structured reporting screen for attendance lookup, export, and record validation.
Top cards show record volume and how recent the attendance data is.
The toolbar supports reporting and narrowing the attendance list.
The main table shows employee identity, company, attendance type, status, timing, and location details.
If a screen or module is not part of these three flows, it should not become a main OE Space section.

Improvements to the operations warehouse status badge and workflow make it easier to track and manage warehouse activities.
The stock and inventory module has been enhanced with new features and improvements, making it easier to manage your stock and track inventory.
Attendance data in OE Space is now restricted, and the OE Dashboard summary has been enhanced for better clarity.
Introduced unassigned job tracker in OE Space.
Improved dynamic company name lookup and data hydration in claim detail components, including company_id for accurate claim tracking.
OE users now see only the attendance records they are allowed to handle, so the attendance list is cleaner and safer.
Attendance data in OE Space is now limited to the right operation-related staff records.
OE Space now shows attendance records only for Operation and Ops Efficiency staff.
Supplier payment invoice attachments are easier to view, and attachment counts are clearer.
OE Space documentation was updated to focus on Operation Attendance Record as the OE Space feature.
Total Records, Last Sync, data source information, attendance records table, search, filter, export, and open page actions were documented.
