Not every user can access every application.
Application access depends on the user's permissions. Apps without access are hidden from the launcher, while coming soon apps and tools may still be shown during rollout.
Work Space is not missing when it does not appear. It is hidden unless the logged-in user has at least one Work-related permission.
This access model helps keep sensitive areas protected while still giving users a clear view of the wider UtopiaSystem ecosystem.
